I
recently got this 3 piece stainless steel colander set and I was able
to get rid of some of my plastic colanders that were either to small or
they were falling apart. I love that this set has 3 different sizes
which is nice when making different amounts of pasta, rinsing vegetables
or fruits. Now when I need to drain my cooked pasta I am no longer
worrying if my colander will bend on me because these are very sturdy
and strong.
Storing these colanders away in my kitchen cabinets
is no longer a issue for me either since they are different sizes they
easily sit into each other which takes up a lot less space them my other
ones use too. Plus these ones have holes to drain liquids instead of
slits so none of my food is no longer falling through the colanders and
to me I think these ones are a lot easier to wash off after using them.
The
handles on the colanders are made of a pretty strong plastic and since
they are not made out of the same stainless steel as the colanders then
there is not chance of worrying about them becoming hot to the touch
when pouring hot items into the colanders.
