Once I lay my head down at night the last thing I remember is closing my eyes and the next thing I am waking up in the morning without feeling groggy or sore. The first thing that I suggest doing is you can wash it first or just throw the pillow into the dryer to fluff it up and that is exactly what I did. Once I dried it the size difference from when I first received it was a huge difference. 

This is truly one of the first pillows that I have owed that really did keep its shape through being washed. It did not come out lope sided or flattened at all. Whether I am just relaxing on my bed with my pillow or sleeping I love how relaxing this pillow is. Even our little fur baby loves laying on my pillow.
