Ozeri The Green Earth Pan Review

 
Tired of your food sticking to your pan when you cook? Well I have found the perfect pan that really does not stick to anything. I will be honest with you though at first I thought it would just be another one claiming to have non-stick but sometime down the line it would. It has not though. I have purchased one before that promised just that but the second time I used it that is exactly what it did not, it stuck and was so hard to clean too.

So now let me tell you about the pan, it is called The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri. I was so excited when I was given the opportunity to review their 12" pan. Yes I was skeptical when I first received it but so excited to use it too. The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is one of the world's first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) which is known to release toxic chemicals at high temperatures, PFOA (PerFluoroOctanoic Acid) which is known as a pollutant to the environment and has been under investigation by the EPA and other harmful chemicals. Even when cooking at high temperatures this pan will harmful toxic fumes will ever be released into your home or environment.

The ceramic coating that is used in the pan comes from nature, it is called GREBLON  from Germany. Inside of the pan has elevated texture which helps distribute heat for even cooking. You can use this pan in the oven to at a temperature of 356 degrees and even though the handle is oven safe I would recommend you to use pot holders to remove it from the oven.

 

Well one thing that I cooked in this pan is Hamburger Helper Stroganoff. When I use to cook this in other pans that I own it would stick in the middle of the other pans for sure, but with this one i did not have that problem at all. I also think that it cooked out so much more of the fat from the meat too. I truly love this pan and I will be definitely be purchasing the other sizes available too.  This is something I recommend every family to own. I like how well made it is.
