These molds are so easy to use and being able to make different designs with so many different types of food or cake decorations is a lot of fun. My daughter's love it when I use these molds to cut their food into shapes and they think it is fun to eat too. So far nothing has stuck to the molds when I am cutting the shapes and I love to use them with fondant or even with pastries.
The molds also have been easy to wash off after using them but one suggestion I do have is when using them with pastry, cookie mixes or fondant dip the molds into a little bit of flour so that they do not stick. This set comes with 8 different sizes of the molds and 3 different designs. Being that these molds are made out of Stainless Steel they are very strong, durable and they have been easy to wash off after using them. The rubber piece that holds the molds makes it a lot easier to push down the mold into whatever I might be cutting up at the time.
