I recently was given the opportunity to review Rumiano Family Organic Cheese for free in exchange for my 100% honest and unbiased opinion on their product.
We have always been cheese type of family and especially my husband he loves his quesadilla's, grilled cheese and yes he even will melt cheese and eat it just like that too. I do worry about the amount of cheese he eats so when I go the opportunity to review some cheese from Rumiano I was a little reluctant because we have never had organic nor Non GMO cheese before and did not know how it would taste.
I was a little nervous to try the cheese because for me I seem to be the type of person who never strays from what I already know but I am so glad that we tried the Rumiano Family Organic Cheese. The texture of the cheese is perfect, the taste is amazing and the fact that the cheese is organic and Non-GMO is great. I do have to say I was still a little hesitant about their sharp cheddar because I am so used to sharp cheddar being a orange color that I was worried that it would taste different, melt different and make my meal uneatable but I personally think it made my dish even better.

April is Grilled Cheese Month!!
And here at my house we love to make our grilled cheese with 3 slices of ham and two slices of Rumiano Sharp Cheddar.
First we get your favorite bread, ham, cheese and butter.
1. Take the bread slices and spread butter on the outer part of the bread (not the parts where the meat & cheese will go)
2. Layer two slices of your favorite Rumiano Cheese on the non buttered side of the bread and put that piece of bread into the pan. Let it start to melt a little bit.
3. When the cheese has started to melt a little bit add the 3 slices of ham and the other slice of bread with the butter side being outside.
4. Take your spatula and flip the sandwich so you can cook the other side. Not to long on either side as we dont want to burn the sandwich.
Last but not least remove from the pan and enjoy your Grilled Ham & Cheese. YUM
