Magical pajamas whisk Pacha away to imaginary worlds where she has wild and comedic adventures with the characters on her PJs. In the first story of the series, Pacha journeys to an epic music festival in the jungle organized for (and by) plants and animals. Fox News is reporting but its real foxes!

Just last week, Pacha's Pajamas won three more awards, which gives the first story a total of seven awards including Parent's Choice, Mom's Choice, Creative Child, Academic's Choice, Mr. Dad, Family Choice and the Independent Music Awards.

The double album features 70 artists spanning four generations including Yasiin Bey aka Mos Def, Cheech Marin, Les Nubians, Talib Kweli, Majora Carter, Lester Chambers, Agape Youth Choir, a dozen youth stars including Lil JaXe and Ta’Kaiya Blaney, and the author of Pacha’s Pajamas, Aaron Ableman (aka A-Natural).

While my daughter was listening to Pacha's Pajamas I heard her laughing so many times and I even saw her get up and dance to some of the songs too. After she finished listening to the first cd she came in to tell me that she really like Pacha's imagination and that she wished she had a pair of magical pajamas. As a mom I love it when a story gets my daughter so into the story and excited to want to finish it.

Pacha is a young girl with an imagination bigger than the Andes Mountains, homeland of her ancestors. After a stress-induced asthma attack, her magical pajamas carry her into an epic dream where she’s the central player at a nature festival. Full of musical plants and dancing animals, the event is a worldwide call-to-action to save the planet from destruction. Through the dream experience, Pacha awakens with the skills needed to stay healthy and better understand who she truly is.

The story leverages pop culture, music and humor to cultivate social consciousness in a playful and inspiring manner. It addresses important topics — climate change and environmental sustainability, nature connection, and childhood health. It supports the development of creative expression, living an imagination inspired life and dreaming BIG. This first dream adventure of Pacha inspires kids to become aware of their connectedness to one another and nature, to realize that they have everything they need within themselves and to create the world they want to live in.
