Dave's Gourmet Pasta Sauce Review

I recently was given the opportunity to review Dave's Gourmet Pasta Sauce for free in exchange for my 100% honest and unbiased opinion on their product.

A while ago I was sent the most tasteful and aromatic pasta sauces I ever tasted and it's made by Dave's Gourmet. They sent me three jars all different flavors. From the moment I opened the jars till we ate them the aroma was so indulgent. You can clearly tell the difference in quality and care that Dave's Gourmet takes in making their sauces.

I used two of the sauces in the traditional way of making spaghetti but unlike the usual sauces I would buy from the store with the Dave's Gourmet sauces I did not have to add one single thing besides the pasta itself and the best part is that there was not left overs even my 9 year old ate every bit of it. The third jar I decided to do a little something with it and used it to make a soup for my daughter.

First jar I received is called Organic Roasted Garlic & Sweet Basil:
Try this delicious combination of aromatic sweet basil, tomatoes, carrots, onions, extra virgin olive oil and fire roasted garlic. It tastes just like an organic summer garden.

Second jar is called Masala Marinara:
This  delicious and  innovative pasta sauce pairs the wonderful western flavors of a classic marinara with the spices (masala), lime, and coconut flavors of the South Asian world.  The result is a sauce that you would normally find coming from the kitchen of a talented restaurant chef.  This sauce is fantastic with pasta, rice, chicken, pork, lamb, seafood, and vegetables.

Third jar is called Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce:
WINNER BEST PASTA SAUCE- NEW YORK FANCY FOOD SHOW 2009  The first of its  kind, our all-natural butternut-squash pasta sauce is made with squash ripened in Oregon's Willamette Valley.  Paired with fresh garlic, onions and roasted red pepper, the natural sweetness and delicate flavor of the butternut squash is enhanced to provide a delicious change of pace.  Tortellini, Ravioli, & Lasagna never knew they could taste so great!

Each of the pasta sauces from Dave's Gourmet are only $8.99 and yes I know some of you are saying that's a little bit pricey but I am promising you that you, your family and your taste-buds will not be disappointed at all.

About Dave's Gourmet
Dave's Gourmet is the result of Dave owning and managing a small restaurant called Burrito Madness near the University of Maryland. Late at night a number of Dave's patrons were usually drunk and troublesome. Quickly Dave discovered that if some of these drunks ate super hot hot sauce, then they either left or became extremely quiet. Since it worked out......(read more HERE)
